Liverpool move to beat Chelsea for Partizan Belgrade sensation Lazar Markovic
Serbian striker Lazar Markovic is in Liverpool's sights.
The People says Kop gaffer Kenny Dalglish is an admirer of the Partizan Belgrade sensation, 17, and sources in Serbia claim Markovic’s camp have been on Merseyside to discuss the deal and a move could go through this month or be set up for the summer.
Markovic, who is in the Michael Owen mould, is rated the best player his country has produced for years.
Liverpool may run into work permit problems if they can agree a deal, but there is a case for Markovic being allowed into the country before he wins a full cap as an ‘exceptional talent.
Earlier this season, Markovic was quick to talk up his ambitions of joining Chelsea after learning of their interest.

Yes, this boy is real wander! Enormously quick, fantastic skill in full speed, for his years very highly prolific and more importantly-he has a "home-maid" great personality .He is much more like as Gareth Bale than Owen.yes, he still needs much more physics, but don't forget-he is only 17 y. old!

This is underestimating number and PFC will , his president said, allows his move only if they get offer they cannot reject!Some of speculation are suggesting 6-7 very good offers from biggest clubs(Milan, Bayern, Chelsea, Roma, Viola...) , but PFC is not in must sell situation and they will not allow this move without min. 15 mil. euros! So, this Liverpool's offer is very short and we will see what is gonna happen. One is only clear through:this boy is real sensation and prototype of next generation of aces in modern Euro-football!
