Liverpool could be signing their first internet footballer. The Reds have offered trials to 15 year-old Brazilian William McLaren after spotting him on the 'net.
Liverpool approached McLaren after seeing him on 'Pnera', a Brazilian internet-based project aimed at discovering football talent.
"A representative of Liverpool came to see me play, liked what he saw and the club sent me a contract," McLaren told Globoesporte.com.
"Other teams are also interested: Manchester, Chelsea and Arsenal. Then, we'll see what happens."
The teen admits he bases his game on Santos star Neymar.
