Liverpool midfielder Jonjo Shelvey wants to stay at Anfield this season.

Kenny Dalglish hasn't ruled out another loan move for the former Charlton midfielder in future.

On that prospect, Shelvey told liverpoolfc.tv: "I want to stay here and fight for my place first and foremost but if I'm nowhere near it then maybe I'll look to go down that road. But at this moment I want to fight for my place at Liverpool Football Club."
