Liverpool midfielder Lucas Leiva admits he's thriving under the guidance of manager Kenny Dalglish.
The 24-year-old has excelled as the Reds have collected 20 Barclays Premier League points from a possible 30 during that time, rising to sixth in the table.
"Kenny has been very good, not just for me but all the players and the fans," said Lucas. "You know he is really important for the club. Everything he does is thinking of the club and the future of the club.
"He is doing really well and I think all the team, all the players, are enjoying their time with him."
Liverpool have eight games remaining this season in their quest to secure European qualification, and Lucas is targeting a strong close to the campaign.
"Everyone can see the atmosphere is very good at the moment," he said. "The results at the moment are also better than before.
"We know how important it is for the club and for the fans so we believe we can do a lot more.
"We now have just eight games left to play and hopefully we can finish well this season and then see what happens.
"Then we can look to the next season."
