Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson admits he's struggled for consistency.

Most recently he set up our winning goal against Stoke in the Carling Cup with an inventive pass to Luis Suarez from the edge of the box.

"I think it's been a little bit up and down, if I'm honest," Henderson told Liverpoolfc.tv. "I haven't set the world alight but I haven't played badly either.

"In my mind I've got a lot more to offer, there's a lot more to come, but I've got to keep working hard on the training pitch and in games and I'm sure things will come off sooner or later."
