Liverpool midfielder Henderson happy to score in Leicester win

Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson was delighted with his goal in victory at Leicester City. The midfielder agreed that providing a regular threat is among his individual targets.

"It's always nice to get on the scoresheet, but the most important thing - as I always say - is winning games," he explained to Liverpoolfc.com from the Foxes' King Power Stadium.

"It doesn't matter who scores as long as we're winning. But, from a personal point of view, it is nice to get on the scoresheet and hopefully I can contribute more for the team.

"When you come to Leicester they are going to make it difficult for us as a team, so the most important thing is that you win your individual battle and collectively as a team you have got to work as hard as you possibly can.

"Then, with the quality we have got in the final third, go and hurt them when we got the opportunity. I thought it was a good performance, especially in the second half."
