Xherdan Shaqiri has cast doubt on his future with Bayern Munich.
Shaqiri has given Manchester United and Liverpool fresh hope after admitting he is set for crunch talks over his future at the club.
Speaking to Neue Zürcher Zeitung, he said: "I need to feel the trust of the coach to do well.
"That's why I pushed for a move away in the summer because I want continuity and to try something new.
"It's not nice to see myself overtaken by a 17-year-old in the team, but I was asked to stay and so I did.
"Certainly in January I will meet with the company to talk about my future."
