Atletico Madrid are close to giving the green light to the sale of Koke.
The young midfielder is a top target for Liverpool and Manchester United, but Atletico have refused to consider offers until they've signed a replacement.
The Daily Express says the Spanish giants are now in talks with Tottenham about a loan deal for Erik Lamela, who would arrive to replace Koke.
Liverpool, Manchester United, AC Milan and Barcelona are all keen on the Spaniard.
