Liverpool have joined the interest for want-away Roma midfielder Julio Baptista.
The Brazilian, who can also play at centre-forward, has made it clear he wants away from Roma this summer.
Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is keen and Il Romanista says Liverpool and Manchester City have also sounded out Baptista's minders about a move to England this week.
He is eager for a fresh start and he wouldn't mind a return to the Premier League having played there with Arsenal three years ago on-loan from Real Madrid.
