Inter Milan midfielder Dejan Stankovic is being lined for a move to the Premiership.

Stankovic was close to Roberto Mancini and remains upset over the way the coach was axed earlier this month.

Manchester City and Liverpool have made contact with the Serbia international's minders and have been encouraged to move for the unsettled midfielder.
