Liverpool are poised to make an ambitious move for Monaco striker Radamel Falcao according to reports.
French radio station RMC suggests that the Reds want the Colombian goal machine on a season-long loan.
The report indicates that Liverpool are willing to spend £12million to clinch 28-year old Falcao for a season before potentially purchasing him for £40m next summer.
It is also believed that Real Madrid, Juventus, Manchester United and Manchester City are showing significant interest in former River Plate and FC Porto superstar Falcao who has scored 12 goals in 21 outings for Monaco since his 60million move from Atletico Madrid last summer.
