Liverpool have made a bid for Santos whiz Rodrygo.

Globo Esporte says the 17-year-old is unsure about heading to England at this early stage in his career.

Santos are trying to get him to sign his first professional contract with them and that appears to be the route he prefers.

Rodrygo would like to establish himself in his homeland before heading for Europe at a later date.

That said, Jurgen Klopp's offer has turned the striker's head and he is considering it.

He is the youngest ever person to sign a deal with Nike, earning the contract when he was 11 - two years earlier than Brazil superstar Neymar.
