Liverpool legend Mark Lawrenson is urging Mohamed Salah to undergo shoulder surgery.
The Egyptian was forced off with a shoulder injury in tonight's Champions League final defeat to Real Madrid.
There are fears the 25-year-old could miss the World Cup with a suspected dislocation that saw him leave the pitch in tears.
“They may try to put Mohamed Salah's shoulder back in," he told BBC 5 Live.
“Put it in a sling and there's a possibility he can play in three or four weeks.
“But it is never the same. He has got a big decision to make.
“Most who have played who have dislocated shoulders will tell you if don't have an operation it will always come out.
“Once you loosen it, it is never the same."
