Liverpool legend Mark Lawrenson admits he "loved" the manner of their victory over Arsenal.
Lawrenson wrote in the Liverpool Echo: "They never stopped. Even at 4-0 up, they were pressing Arsenal all over the pitch and the crowd loved that.
"It was a little bit like the old days. Liverpool supporters can forgive an awful lot if a player is willing to get stuck in and run after the opposition.
"That kind of pressing is contagious. If a few players do it, the crowd pick up on it and suddenly all the players want to get involved.
"Arsenal weren't given a chance to breathe. I loved watching that.
"And with more home games coming up against teams towards the top of the league, Liverpool have to keep doing it."
