Liverpool legend Bruce Grobbelaar is being lined up for a return to playing action in England.
The Daily Mail says Non-League minnows Winterbourne United want Grobbelaar to come out of retirement and help them to Gloucestershire FA County Cup glory.
The clash with Patchway next month is far cry from the 1984 European Cup final in Rome, but Winterbourne hope to have the Liverpool legend's wobbly legs between the sticks before he leaves for a new life in Canada.
The audacious bid is down to Winterbourne manager Nick Tanner, who played with Grobbelaar at Liverpool in the late Eighties and early Nineties.
