Liverpool legend Bruce Grobbelaar has no doubts about the quality of Loris Karius.
He expects the young German keeper to be a success in the Premier League.
“Karius has impressed me," he told the Liverpool Echo. “It's not easy when you join a club like Liverpool with all the pressure and expectation.
“When I signed from Vancouver Whitecaps, I had never experienced anything like it. It was like chalk and cheese.
“But Karius seems to have adjusted to it well. The Premier League is that quick you need to be very decisive. It's about decision making – which balls to come for and when to stay.
“He was voted the second best keeper in the Bundesliga behind Manuel Neuer so Karius is no rookie. He's got very good feet.
“I hope he can go on and keep the No 1 spot for many, many years. He's certainly got the potential to do that."
