Liverpool legend Kenny Dalglish believes Arsenal starlet Jack Wilshere will emerge to become the world's best midfielder.
Dalglish believes England still have the world's top midfielder in Steven Gerrard - and he has identified a potential successor in the Three Lions camp.
"You'd take Steven Gerrard over any of the other midfielders and, mark my words, Jack Wilshere won't be far behind him in time," the Scot told liverpoolfc.tv.
