Liverpool are chasing AS Roma attacker Adem Ljajic.
Il Tempo says Liverpool are prepared to offer 10m - approximately £8.5m - for the 21-year-old.
Ljajic has struggled to make an impact at Roma since his arrival from Fiorentina last summer.
The midfielder famously signed a pre-contract with Manchester United, which was abandoned when he turned 18.
