Liverpool are making a final bid to prise Ben Chilwell away from Leicester City.
The Sun says Jurgen Klopp is desperate for the England under-21 defender and Brad Smith is on the verge of a move to Bournemouth in a shock deal to make space for him.
Chilwell is being offered a new five-year deal to stay with the Foxes, but the Kop think he would be prepared to come to them after being left in the shadows at the King Power stadium.
Klopp thinks Chilwell is a long-term Liverpool player and he will offer around £8 million for him and offer the player a similar length of contract.
Chilwell played for Leicester against Celtic at the weekend but he was overlooked last season and sent to Huddersfield on loan.
