Liverpool are signing Birmingham City superkid Foday Nabay for chump change.
The Reds beat Arsenal and Chelsea for the teen, who at 13 has been capped at U18 level by England.
The Daily Star says Liverpool will pay only £70,000 in compensation due to a loophole in the teenager's contract.
