"If you are ready to grow up and take care of yourself when you are 16 years old, playing abroad is a top option for your development. But I have seen a lot of examples of players who think they are ready, but then are not even close.
"Many people have a short term goal, but if you move abroad, you must have a long term goal. You cannot move away from home to just have fun and live the good life. Success for you in football is what brings joy to you and your family and that is what is the good life."
