Liverpool are reportedly keeping tabs on Schalke 04 defender Sead Kolasinac.

German publication Bild is reporting the Reds have identified Kolasinac as a possible replacement for out of favour left-back Albert Moreno.

Kolasinac has one more season remaining on his deal with the Bundesliga outfit, and it is understood he will look to leave Germany if Schalke fail to offer him a new contract this summer.

The 22-year-old Bosnia and Herzegovina international has made 64 Bundesliga appearances for Schalke since making his first team debut in 2012.
