Liverpool goalkeeper Pepe Reina is enjoying his football at Napoli.
But he is yet to commit to a permanent deal.
"I have to go back to Liverpool," he told Sky Sport Italia.
"There's still another two years on my contract there and we'll evaluate what needs to be done at the end of the season. I don't know what's happening beyond that.
"I am having fun, I am happy at Napoli and it is a positive year for me and the team. Italian football is different to English, as it is more similar to in Spain. You certainly eat better in Italy than in England!"
