Simon Mignolet was delighted to gain his first Anfield start for Liverpool in almost six weeks on Tuesday night.
The Belgian goalkeeper was reinstalled to the starting XI by Jurgen Klopp for the EFL Cup fourth-round win over Tottenham Hotspur.
Summer arrival Loris Karius has worn the gloves for the past five Reds matches but Mignolet was elated to be back between the sticks, especially at home for the first time since the 4-1 win over Leicester City in the first half of September.
