Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet has set himself a target of being Belgium's No1.
Atletico Madrid's Thibaut Courtois has been manager Marc Wilmots' preferred choice between the sticks; however, Mignolet is determined to force his way back into contention.
"That's what I try to do - I want to play again, not only here but for Belgium," he told Liverpoolfc.com.
"My performances with Liverpool can only help me to get back into the team.
"I'll try to work hard and do my best to make sure that when the World Cup comes, I'll be there.
"We've managed to get ourselves back in the World Cup - it's been 12 years since Belgium last qualified for it.
"So we're very pleased, not only for the team but for the fans back in Belgium, who can look forward to a summer in Brazil."
