Liverpool keeper Gulacsi proud of Hungary youth success

Liverpool goalkeeper Peter Gulacsi says helping Hungary at the last U20 World Cup was the best time of his career.

Gulacsi showed he could yet go on to emulate Liverpool No1 Pepe Reina as one of the finest shoot-out 'keepers in the game when he helped his nation to the last four of the Under-20s World Cup last season.

"I can say that that was the best football experience of my life," he told LFC Weekly.

"Going with the national team to a big competition like the World Cup and doing that well was a surprise for the people at home but also for us because we didn't know what to expect."
