Liverpool are inviting offers for Martin Kelly.
The Sun says Liverpool will listen to offers for defender Kelly, who has struggled for first-team football since suffering a serious knee injury.
Kelly made a playing return at the end of last season in Liverpool's friendly against Shamrock Rovers.
Meanwhile, Fabio Borini will not be allowed to leave Anfield after his loan spell at Sunderland.
