The Sun reports that Brendan Rodgers is not only interested in the player but also that there is an agreement between the clubs allowing them to match any other offer Blues may receive.
The reported agreement is said to have been made as part of the loan-deal which saw Liverpool loan Jordon Ibe to Blues last season.
