Liverpool are closing in on Juventus midfielder Christian Poulsen.
The Liverpool Echo says Reds boss Roy Hodgson has Poulsen top of his shortlist of midfield transfer targets.
Poulsen's adviser, Joern Bonnesen, has revealed that his client would love to work again with Hodgson, who coached the player at FC Copenhagen.
Juve are willing to sell for around £5 million.
