Liverpool join Swansea in race for Cliftonville striker Donnelly

Liverpool are challenging Swansea City for Cliftonville striker Rory Donnelly.

The Daily Express says Swansea manager Brendan Rodgers has tabled an undisclosed bid for the 19-year-old Donnelly, who has scored 17 goals in the Irish Carling Premiership this season.

Cliftonville are weighing up the offer as well a further approach from Uwe Rosler's Brentford.
