Liverpool are eyeing Hajduk Split striker Nikola Kalinic.

Hajduk Split have already rejected an approach from Valencia for the 20 year-old Croatia international in recent weeks.

And Split sources say Liverpool have now made their interest known, with Palermo and Lille also keen on a player described as a "the future of Croatian football" by national team boss Slaven Bilic.
