The People says Liverpool are ready to let young defender Kelly go.

Kelly, 24, has featured just 15 times during Brendan Rodgers' first two seasons at Anfield and has seen his career stall.

The defender was sidelined for a year with an anterior cruciate ligament injury in September 2012 and was unable to win back his place this season.
