Arsenal have made an offer for PSG defender Mamadou Sakho.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has long been an admirer of the French international and has now made his move, says the Daily Mail.
But the French giants have reportedly rejected Arsenal's offer and are holding out for closer to £17.5m.
Liverpool chief Damien Comolli made a check on Sakho last weekend.
