Liverpool intent on strong finish despite CL looking bleak - Dalglish

Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish insists that his side will be out to win every match from here until the end of the season despite a Champions League spot not looking so good.

The Reds sit seventh on the league table, 13 points behind third-placed Arsenal, and although they will need a minor miracle to force their way into Europe's premier club competition, Dalglish says their target has not been altered.

"Whatever we set out to achieve at the start of the season has not changed," said Dalglish.

"What we said was we would try our best to win every game and we will continue to do that.

"We will keep playing every game and try to get as much as we possibly can. We have to keep going and try to please as many people as we can who support Liverpool."
