The Daily Mail says former Liverpool chief executive Rick Parry has produced a detailed report on the way forward for Saudi football following their failure to qualify for the World Cup.

Parry employed his former Liverpool manager Gerard Houllier to help on the playing side despite having shown him the exit door from Anfield, although their relationship remained amicable.
