Liverpool hero Jan Molby says fans must accept Jurgen Klopp won't consider signing a big name centre-forward.

“I think there will be certain games where you're going to have to be a very brave manager to start with such an attacking line-up, but then we know Klopp is a brave manager," Molby told the Liverpool Echo.

“Firmino has been off form for a couple of games now and people have been looking at the strikers at other clubs such as Lukaku, Kane and Morata and asking whether that's what Liverpool need.

“But it's not how Klopp does things so as long as he is the Liverpool manager we have to accept that is not part of the makeup of his sides.

“You could also question whether we'd really have been in the mix for a Lukaku or a Morata in the summer anyway? There's only a limited number of those players to go round.

“A Liverpool player under Klopp will probably never challenge for the top of the Premier League scoring charts.

“But if you take the top four scorers from the teams who have those players, I think Liverpool's will compare favourably."
