Liverpool hero Bruce Grobbelaar is reserving judgment on current goalkeeper Alisson Becker.

Grobbelaar insists it's too early to asses the impact of new Liverpool No 1 Alisson, who arrived from Roma for £65million this summer.

"I'll give my verdict after the Christmas period," he told the Liverpool Echo.

“You can't make judgements at this stage. He gave a few balls away against PSG, passing them into the midfield. But he's still adjusting and settling in.

“Scrutiny comes with life at Liverpool and Alisson will have to get used to that. Loris Karius and Simon Mignolet both had very spells but they couldn't sustain it.“
