Liverpool have held talks with Sevilla star Bacca, Zenit ace Rondon

Liverpool have taken action regarding Sevilla's Carlos Bacca and Zenit Saint Petersburg's Salomon Rondon

The South American pair are on the Reds' summer transfer wish-list according to reports from skysports.com.

It as believed the Reds have held talks with the duo about moving to Anfield, as Brendan Rogers looks to add firepower to his squad this off-season.

It is understood Sevilla's asking price for Bacca is within the vicinity of £20million, after the Colombian international scored 28 goals for the Spanish outfit last season, including a brace in the Europa League final.

Spanish football analyst Guillem Balague recently told skysports.com that Bacca had made up his mind to leave Sevilla and that the English Premier League was one of the options he was considering.

"Carlos Bacca at the end of the season told Sevilla he would like a way out," Balague said.

"Sevilla would like him to stay, but he does know there is interest from the Premier League and Italy.

"He likes the idea of coming to the Premier League, of course he has been abroad for a few years and would be happy to continue that progression abroad."

Zenit are believed to have an asking price of around £15million for Rondon.

The Venezuelan international found the back of the net on 20 occasions as Zenit won the Russian title last season.
