Liverpool handed boost as van Dijk & Henderson return to training

Liverpool have been given a boost ahead of their trip to Swansea in Saturday.

Both Virgil van Dijk and Jordan Henderson were pictured training at Melwood after returning from niggling injuries.

Record-signing van Dijk missed last week's emphatic 4-3 win over Manchester City with a hamstring complaint.

Captain Henderson has been out of action since December 22, also with a hamstring injury.
