Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher says Tom Davies is not the only promising youngster ready to rise through the grades at Everton.
The 18-year-old midfielder scored his first Premier League goal and produced a Man of the Match performance as the Toffees defeated Manchester city 4-0 at Goodison Park on Sunday.
After the match, Carragher heaped praise on Davies but made it clear that there is indeed more to come from the Everton academy, just as there is from Liverpool's youth setup.
"Davies is not the only one," he said on Sky Sports.
"There's another midfield player at Everton in Kieran Dowell, who may come in the future.
"There's lots of players coming through at Goodison Park. We must also mention Liverpool.
"We are lucky in the city that lots of players come through both clubs."
