Liverpool striker Danny Ings insists he had no problem with Ahmed Hegazy after their draw at West Brom.
Ings scored in the 2-2 draw, but appeared to be punched by Baggies defender Hegazy during the game.
But he said after a first senior goal in two years: "It's been a long time. I've had to climb a huge mountain to get into this position. But I would have sacrificed that for three points."
And on his clash with Hegazy, he added: "It was just a coming together. It is what English football is about.
"It's no big deal."
