Liverpool goalkeeper Loris Karius admits he tried to catch Gareth Bale's second goal in their Champions League final defeat to Real Madrid.

The Reds keeper made errors for two goals in the 3-1 loss to Real Madrid.

Speaking about Bale's second goal which went through his hands, Karius said: "It moved around a lot.

"I tried to catch it, maybe I should have done it safer and just put it out of play instead of trying to catch it.

"I judged it wrong and it went in."
