Liverpool fullback Emiliano Insua isn't surprised by the success of his Argentina teammates at Manchester City.

City go to Liverpool this weekend boasting Argie pair Carlos Tevez and Pablo Zabaleta.

Insua told liverpoolfc.tv: "Tevez is a really good player. He did really well at Manchester United and scored some goals against us in the past, so we have to make sure we don't give him any space and time because he can cause problems if you let him."

Another fellow Argentine Insua is likely to come up against is right-back Zabaleta.

"He is another good player and I know him well," he said. "He's a good full-back and I will have to defend him, but maybe he will have to defend me instead."
