Liverpool fullback Jose Enrique says three points against Arsenal would be ideal at this stage in the season.
A win against Arsene Wenger's men would move Liverpool up to four points heading into the two-week international break - a reasonable start in the quest for a top-four finish, according to Enrique.
He told Liverpoolfc.com: "We have just one point in the league at the moment, but Real Madrid have started the same way - it doesn't mean anything (yet).
"If we win it will be a positive message for everyone. Four points in three games, two of which were against Manchester City and Arsenal, is okay I think.
"Of course after that, we have to focus and try to win more games. We have to try and finish in the top four - a team like Liverpool has to be there."
