Liverpool following Blackpool sensation Phillips
Liverpool are keeping tabs on Blackpool winger Matty Phillips.
The England U21 international has taken his game to a new level this season in the Championship.
Liverpool chief Damien Comolli has received glowing reports on Phillips after being alerted to his form when scouts were monitoring Jonjo Shelvey's progress earlier this season.
Seasiders boss Ian Holloway is adamant Phillips won't leave on the cheap.

Putin should rule the world. Nobody has balls anymore, especially any presidents coming out of america. Israel owns them. A 60 year old country owns a 200 year old one. Sad.
