Chelsea boss Roberto Di Matteo will not take Fernando Torres' past ties into account when selecting his team for tomorrow's FA Cup final.
The Blues take on Torres' old club Liverpool at Wembley but the fact he used to play in a Reds shirt means nothing to the Chelsea manager.
"He's a Chelsea player now and will be for many years. He's been doing well for me since I've been in charge.
"We all faced criticism for this season, so it's nice when sometimes you don't get all that criticism.""The fact that it's his old team, that's part of the past," Di Matteo said.
And Di Matteo added that each and every Chelsea player has put his hand up to represent the club and give their all in a bid to achieve FA Cup glory.
"They'll all want to put their bodies on the line.""Everybody wants to be part of it tomorrow, to play tomorrow," he said.
