Liverpool are stepping up their push for Barcelona striker Cristian Tello.

The Mirror says Liverpool face competition from Atletico Madrid and Valencia in their attempts to sign Tello.

Tello could be loaned out this summer to further his career, with Barca eager to see how he progresses before deciding on his future.

Tello has juts over to run on his current deal.
