Liverpool face competition for Sporting Lisbon winger Diego Capel.
The Spain international is a £6 million target for Reds boss Brendan Rodgers, who failed with a £3 million offer in the summer.
BILD says Hamburg are also interested in Capel, along with Andre Villas-Boas' Tottenham.
