Liverpool are eyeing Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart.<--break--> The Daily Express says Hart is becoming increasingly concerned that he has not been offered a new contract at the Etihad and is considering his options.
David Silva, Vincent Kompany and Sergio Aguero have all been handed new deals by the Citizens over the last few weeks, but Hart has yet to be approached about extending his time at the club.
The 27-year-old has under two years remaining on his current deal but that is the time which most clubs begin negotiations over a new deal with their biggest stars.
Liverpool are said to be lining up a free transfer for former Barcelona stopper Victor Valdes as soon as the Spaniard can prove his fitness following a knee injury.
But Hart could emerge as the long-term successor to Simon Mignolet - who has sometimes failed to convince at Anfield - if the contract situation at City continues to unsettle the former Shrewsbury Town man.
