Liverpool have extended their sponsorship agreement with Standard Chartered.

Liverpool have signed a two-year extension to their partnership with main shirt sponsors Standard Chartered.

The international banking group took over from Carlsberg in July 2010, having agreed the previous September what was then a record-breaking deal worth up to £20million per season.

Liverpool had just come off the back of a season when they had finished runners-up in the Barclays Premier League and were regulars in the Champions League.
